Contact Form
We provide all of our customers with a contact form on the Contact Us page so that they may contact us directly with any questions or comments. We review all messages received and make every effort to respond as promptly as possible. Information Collection
In order to provide job seekers and employers with mutually beneficial information in the form of resumes and job postings, LymphedemaJobs.com may collect personal information including contact information. This information allows us to provide private and secure areas where job seekers and employers may post and modify resumes and job listings. When posting resumes and job listings, our customers may decide for themselves how much contact information they wish to make public. Those who wish to hide portions of their contact information have the option to do so. We are the sole owner of the information collected on our website and do not share it with third parties. All job seekers and employers should be aware, however, that when they voluntarily provide personal information such as e-mail addresses or resumes, that information may collected and used by others. This may result in unsolicited messages from third parties for which LymphedemaJobs.com is not responsible.

Resume Database
Since LymphedemaJobs.com is a career site, we give job seekers the option of putting a resume in our database. There are two ways of doing this:

1. Job seekers can store a resume in our database, but not allow contact information to be viewed by potential employers. Employers must then contact job seekers through a private form if they are interested in particular resumes.

2. If job seekers allow resumes to be searchable, all employers and recruiters who access our resume database will have access to those resumes.

We use our best efforts to grant access to this database only to legitimate employers, recruiters, hiring managers, headhunters, and human resource professionals, but cannot guarantee that other parties will not, without our consent, gain access to this database. Job seekers may remove their resumes from our searchable database at any time. However, employers, recruiters, and other parties who have been granted access to the database may have retained a copy of certain resumes in their own files or databases. We are not responsible for the retention, use, or privacy of resumes in these instances, or for the use or privacy of resumes by any such parties while resumes are in the database.

Personal Information
LymphedemaJobs.com resume functionality requires job seekers to provide us with contact and personal information. This information is used to contact job seekers when necessary but is primarily used in the construction of resumes and candidate profiles.

We do not disclose information about individual visits to our website nor do we share personal information provided to us such as names, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, credit card numbers, personal referencess, etc. with any outside parties except when we believe it is required by law.

LymphedemaJobs.com may periodically ask for information from job seekers and employers via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and our customers always have a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact and demographic information. Contact information will be used to notify winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring and improving the use of our site.
